Cervena Paired with Pinot Noir

Cervena has teamed up with New Zealand winemakers to provide American gourmets with the best New Zealand has to offer at a series of wine tastings across the USA.

New Zealand winemakers, and NY sommeliers and foodies, are very familiar with the semi-annual wine tasting events at the historic Puck Building in NY’s Soho district.  Each season at least twenty winemakers sample their latest wines, at an afternoon private event for the trade and an evening  event open to the public for a nominal cost.  If you haven’t yet tried Cervena venison with a New Zealand pinot noir, you are missing a great tasting moment!   Cervena venison for this event, as well as six similar scheduled in May and June, is sponsored by Duncan & Co. importers, Broadleaf Venison and Sierra Meats.
