Cervena on Display in Mexico City

Over 80 culinary professionals and food journalists visited the Residence of the New Zealand Ambassador to Mexico, H.E. George Troup, to listen and learn from Cervena executive Chef Graham Brown as he provided a culianry class using Cervena Natural Tender Venison.
Chef Brown prepared five dishes for the crowd, who left the event universally impressed by the quality of Cervena venison, and by Chef Brown's skills as a chef.
