StarChefs Dallas Rising Star Award DinnerThe Star Chefs Dallas Rising Star Award Dinner occurred on May 14 at the residence of national celebrity chef Kent Rathbun. Chef Rathbun created an innovative Cervena dish with a distinct Texas twang: Grilled Cervena Venison on Smoked Bacon, Wisconsin Blue Cheese Biscuits, and Blackcurrant Jam. In addition, Cervena was featured by Rising Star Chef Anthony Bombaci of Nana at the Rising Star Revue, which provided Cervena with top quality exposure to the most influential chefs and other local food industry professionals in Dallas, as well as the areas most discerning consumers.
