September 16 - 18, 2007 Cervena Vension is part of the most important professional culinary event in the US this year: a three-day culinary symposium where the world’s most influential and innovative chefs will present the latest techniques and culinary concepts to their chef peers. The three day culianry convention will include chef demonstrations, hands-on workshops, career counseling sessions, and expert panels on key industry topics. Smaller hands-on techniques workshops (savory, pastry, mixology), wine tastings and business seminars round out the program. Cervena tastings at three seperate eventsCervena will feature on the menu at the Congress Welcome Dinner, this serves as the Rising Stars Honorees Dinner. It will be a dinner for 150 which includes all ICC presenting chefs and Rising Stars. Cervena is also on the menu for the opeing night cocktail party. And for the final chance to try Cervena, award winning chef Steve Mannino will be preparing Cervena samples at a stand in the display area of the congress hall.
