Chef Brad Farmerie Serves up Cervena Burgers for a Cause

On May 7 Public’s Chef Brad Farmerie served up his signature Cervena Mini Burgers to the 800 guests who attended the annual Taste of the Lower East Side in Manhattan’s Noho area.  This charity event benefits the Grand Street Settlement, which expands opportunities for low-income families and individuals by providing culturally relevant services that support community-building, advocacy, self-determination and an enriched quality of life.  The event is featured in local event guides and blogs, including Zagat, Tasting Table.com, Eater.com, Time Out NY, and NY magazine.
