Cervena on display at Facebook HQ

Departing from his usual routine of demonstrating venison cooking to young, and not-so-young chefs, Graham Brown took a detour to Palo Alto in mid May to provide a delicious lunch to the staff at Facebook™.  

After a venison lunch at the CafeX campus canteen, 80 facebook staffers attended a Cervena cutting and cooking demonstration, and got to sample more of Chef Brown’s delicious venison creations.

Graham prepared a light Cervena venison salad using denver leg.   Paul Carduner posted straight after that "It was awesome and delicious. Can't wait for the next one"
