Venison Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Nam Prik

Method of Preparation

 

Marinade the meat for 20 mins and sear on grill until med-rare, cool. Slice thinly.

Make Nam prik by crushing all ingredients to a smooth emulsion

Add a tablespoon of Nam Prik to the vegetables 5 mins before assembly.

Soak the wrappers individually in lukewarm water until soft and then place onto a clean towel. Place sliced meat and vegetables in the middle, garnish with coriander leaf and roll up tight with ends folded in.

 

Serve with crisp lettuce leaf and a dipping bowl with the Nam Prik
